EIYPO stands for Everyone Is You Pushed Out, a concept coined by spiritual teacher Neville Goddard.

EIYPO can be used in many ways, from manifesting the partner of your dreams to manifesting healthy friendships to simply getting along better with others.

If you’ve been on a self-growth journey for a while, Everyone Is You Pushed Out is a simple concept to grasp—your world is a reflection of you.

However, there is some confusion about this topic, so let’s dive in and learn how to use EIYPO to manifest the life experience you want and love!

What is the Everyone Is You Pushed Out (EIYPO) Concept?

Everyone Is You (Yourself) Pushed Out means that everyone reflects your predominant assumptions. You create your world through your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions of what you assume is true about yourself and others.

EIYPO is not a manifesting technique but a concept derived from The Law of Correspondence—part of the 12 Universal Laws.

The Law of Correspondence states that patterns occur throughout the Universe, and your external reality mirrors your internal experience.

As within, so without.

The EIYPO concept aims to help you observe patterns in your life so you can begin to transform your limiting beliefs

It allows you to manifest your life differently. Instead of trying to change your external reality, you start from the inside out and get clear on your internal reality.

When you commit to changing your internal reality and not others, as Neville said, the world will have no choice but to conform to your beliefs. The external reality you want will arrive to match your internal reality. This is the law.

Everyone is You Pushed Out (EIYPO): 5 Key Ideas to Know

You should know five key ideas to round out Neville’s EIYPO concept.

1) You are the Operant Power

The first key idea about Everyone Is You Pushed Out is that it empowers you to take accountability, gain control, and become the operant power of your life.

You are the center. And everyone you attract into your reality plays a role in your life.

I don’t mean center as in self-centered in an egotistical way, where everything must be your way.

But center, as in getting into the mindset of being the hero and writer of your story. As Neville Goddard says, You are the God of your reality. Everyone and everything else comes with you for the ride.

2) The First Principle

The second key idea is Neville’s First Principle, which states that consciousness is the only reality.

There are two types of consciousness.

The first type of consciousness is pure consciousness, which spiritual teachers describe as your awareness or your I AM presence. It is the absolute truth of your soul, the part of you that just is. It’s eternal and unchanging.

The second type of consciousness is levels of consciousness or states of consciousness. States of consciousness are your emotional state or vibration that you predominantly dwell in.

States of consciousness are changeable and not fixed. For instance, the self-concept of I am poor versus I am abundant. Both assumptions hold a different level of consciousness and yield different outcomes and experiences for an individual. It is the lens through which you see your reality.

Neville teaches us to get quiet, meditate, and return to our I AM presence when in doubt or conflict.

Here are some questions to come back to when you experience doubt or conflict:

Who am I?

How does this make me feel?

How do I want to feel?

What is this person saying about me?

Who do I need to become internally to have the outer reality I want?

3) Your Self-Concept Manifests Your Reality

The third key idea is that it’s not always thoughts and behavior that manifest but your self-concept that manifests.

We have 70,000 thoughts per day, so not every thought will manifest, but your main belief manifests.

A common fear people encounter in romantic relationships is a fear of abandonment. The limiting belief is “I am unlovable” or “people always leave me.”

For example, a person can do all the right things in a relationship. They can act lovingly and give in ways they deem relationship-worthy.

But let’s say their behavior stems from an abandonment wound.

This wound can cause someone to overgive, sacrifice, or do whatever they think they must to keep the person.

The other person will tune into their subconscious (self-concept), not their top-level behavior, and act out their fear of abandonment.

Crazy, but it makes sense, right?!

4) There Is No Other

The fourth key idea is There Is No Other, one of Neville’s most popular expressions when discussing Everyone Is Yourself Pushed Out.

This can be confusing.

“There is no other” is not literal. It doesn’t mean that there aren’t any other human beings and no one else matters. It means no one else matters in terms of changing the external.

It means you are the operant power of your reality, and everyone you draw into your reality is you. You, as in—people are mirroring you.

People are acting out your story. And you, too, are acting out other people’s stories about them.

Use your interactions and relationships as clues to what could be happening internally. If you see the same repeating patterns occur, it may hurt initially, but you’ve hit a goldmine for growth, change, and expansion.

The first thing we tend to do is blame the other person, blame ourselves, or try to change the external.

It’s natural to start blaming. We all do it. So don’t be hard on yourself.

But dig deeper.

There is no other. That means this person is me.

What is this situation saying about me? What story are they acting out of mine? And if the situation went my way, how would I feel?

5) No One to Change But Self

The last key idea that Neville taught was No One to Change But Self.

If you trace back, observe, and get really honest with yourself about the different interactions with people throughout your life, a seed of thought originated somewhere about that person.

Whether positive or negative, it manifested.

Neville was insistent about never changing the external but only changing yourself by changing your inner conversations and using the power of your imagination to live in the state of the wish fulfilled.

He said that since consciousness is the only reality, we must assume we are already what we desire to be.

I’ll end with his quote:

Leave the mirror and change your face. Leave the world alone and change your conceptions of yourself. ~ Neville Goddard
