If you’re a manifesting skeptic, the 22×2 manifestation method is the perfect technique to test out the Law of Attraction or the Law of Assumption

You can see if conscious manifesting suits your lifestyle because this technique takes only two days, so it won’t take much of your time. 

I suggest using this technique to manifest something small and easy unless you’re an advanced manifestor. That way, you feel encouraged to continue and progress on your manifesting journey.

For instance, if you are in debt and want to manifest your dream of becoming a millionaire, a two-day technique will likely leave you feeling discouraged, as your situation will require more time and deeper work.

The 22×2 manifestation method is a scripting technique that involves writing your manifestation 22 times for 2 consecutive days. 

Scripting combines the power of the subconscious mind and the Law of Attraction, which says that your thoughts and feelings influence your reality. 

It allows you to use your heart frequency and imagine the wish fulfilled by writing something you wish to manifest repeatedly as though you already possess it. 

Through repetition and pure intention, you impress the subconscious mind with the new version of you that you wish to embody. 

For instance, if you want to manifest confidence, you might script an affirmation that says, “I am confident” or “I am a powerful manifestor.” 

Or, if you want to manifest a new job, you might script an affirmation that says, “I am working at [insert specific job], and I am enjoying it so far.”

How to Properly Use the 22×2 Manifestation Method: 5 Steps


Step 1: Choose Your Desire

The first step is to decide what you want to manifest and claim it. You can manifest anything, from self-love to a specific amount of money, a new home, or a fantastic day that goes smoothly. Write your desire down in your manifesting journal or piece of paper. 

Step 2: Prepare Your Mind

Before you begin scripting, take 5 to 10 minutes to relax your mind and clear your energy. Let go of your external senses and focus on your internal life. The more relaxed and calm you are, the more efficiently your affirmation will absorb as you script. 

Step 3: Script Your Manifestation Day 1

Next, script your affirmation as though you already possess your desired outcome 22 times consecutively. As you script, feel the feelings of the end state of your desired outcome.  

Step 4: Script Your Manifestation Day 2

Repeat what you did yesterday. Take a moment to relax, center your energy, and script your affirmation as though you already possess it 22 times in a row. 

Step 5: Let Go of Your Manifestation

The last and crucial step is to let go of your manifestation. Trust and believe that it is yours and done. If you feel you haven’t embodied your desired state, go for as many rounds of 22×2 as you like.

What is the Significance of 222?

According to numerologists, the number 2 is a feminine number that represents balance, duality, opposites, and polarities. It also symbolizes empathy, peacemaking, and diplomacy. 

Angel numbers are repeating number patterns, usually in threes or fours, like 333, 1111, or 717, and also hold a special significance. 

Usually, people undergoing a spiritual awakening will encounter angel number synchronicities as a powerful part of their awakening, especially in the initial stages. 

Angel number 222 has the power of three 2s and can indicate themes like finding harmony in relationships, learning how to give and receive, balancing work and rest, being at a crossroads, and needing to make a decision.

  • Script with Calming Music: Listening to binaural beats or meditative music before or while scripting is a powerful way to clear your vibration and relax. Meditative music helps me relax and focus when I feel scattered from daily interactions.
  • Script in the Morning: Our subconscious mind is most impressionable when it is in an alpha brainwave state. You can easily access this state right after you wake up or before you doze off. This is the best time to affirm your manifestations. Your mind will naturally be relaxed, so you won’t need meditative music. 
  • Manifest with Essential Oils: Have you ever noticed how a smell can instantly bring you back to a moment in your life? Smell plays a powerful role in recording our memories and can be potent for manifesting. You can script with essential oils and then carry the scent as you go about your day to remind you of the new version of yourself. Your mind will naturally connect the dots between your affirmation and the smell. 
  • Use Present Tense Language: When you affirm your manifestation, use present tense language as though you already possess it in the present moment. Some spiritual teachers say not to use the past tense, but depending on what you manifest, the past tense works well for some manifestors. Experiment with it and see what works for you.
  • Add Gratitude to Your Script: Another way to amplify your manifestation is to cultivate a sense of gratitude surrounding your manifestation. Since you are affirming your manifestation as though you already have it, gratitude is a natural feeling you would have. You can easily add gratitude to your script by starting or ending it with “thank you.”
